Conversation and Connections

This was a significant project I worked on, as it involved promoting a major event. I created graphics with consistent information, designed for multiple media formats, including social media, websites, and printed handouts. Additionally, I designed a website banner, stage posters, and signs to guide attendees to the event.

The event was a lecture where the dean of the college invited leading experts to talk about climate change and its relation to public health and their respective fields. In designing the posters, I reflected the topic by making it look as though the sun was shining from the right. This worked well because, while staying in line with the brand guidelines, I was able to use elements of the brand to convey the event’s theme. Even the dean and my boss commented that the design reminded them of the sun and felt it really fit the event.
